橫梁吊具使用方法及注意事項

1.移動天車，使天車吊鉤與吊梁的吊環連接，當起升到合適高度后，察看吊梁是  否水平，吊鏈是否打結。

2.然后移動主粱，到被吊物上方，用連接索具與被吊物連接，然后緩慢提升天車。

3.試吊平衡天車提升后，主粱平衡度應小于1°，用肉眼觀察承載梁是否處于平衡狀態，當完全處于平衡狀態時，即可進行吊運。

4.負載試吊負載試吊過程就是整體準備的最后過程，操作的全部過程的最后部分，應緩慢提升負載，當剛剛離地時，停止提升，觀察整體受力情況，然后緩慢放松負載，如沒有異常，方可正常吊運。

        吊運注意事項

1、吊梁使用前首先目視橫梁梁體有無變形、裂紋、焊縫開焊等異?，F象。試吊過程要滿足負載的運行路線，環境條件，確定起升和放升位置，對有影響起吊一律不能吊運，對于主吊梁配備的索具（T8級高強合金鏈條），使用時不能變位、打結。

2、試吊過程中，梁體負載有異常響聲、變形、裂紋立即停止試吊。

3、當試吊成功后，才能進行起吊、吊運，在吊運過程中讓有關人員必須明白識別標志，讓操作人員看得見的通訊聯絡。

4、在吊運負載時，不允許超載使用，梁體必須處于平穩狀態，梁體不能產生擺動，防止梁體失去平衡，釀成安全事故。

5、負載下邊嚴禁站人，禁止人工扶載。
